\r\nAs one of Austar's flagship products, the GC2053 camera module has set a new benchmark for high-definition image capture in the industry with its outstanding technical features and stable performance. The module is equipped with a high-performance GC2053 image sensor, featuring a 1\/2.9-inch optical format, pixel size of 2.8μm × 2.8μm, maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080 @ 30fps, a signal-to-noise ratio of up to 38dB, and a dynamic range of 105dB. This means that even in complex lighting conditions, the module can capture detailed, accurate colour reproduction. Notably, the module boasts outstanding low-light performance, with a minimum illumination of [email protected], ensuring clear and usable images in dimly lit environments and meeting all-weather surveillance requirements.
\r\nAs one of Austar's core products, the module has been successfully deployed across multiple critical sectors including security surveillance, smart home systems, automotive applications, and industrial inspection, providing a reliable visual perception foundation for various intelligent applications.

\r\nFor customers with multi-camera collaboration requirements, Hongjia Imaging also offers a dual-camera module solution based on the GC2053. The dual-camera wide dynamic range + near-infrared module uses a 2M wide dynamic range sensor for visible light, providing excellent wide dynamic range performance to adapt to more challenging environments and reduce the adverse effects of complex lighting conditions on recognition algorithms. The near-infrared section uses a 2M low-light sensor, combined with high-quality infrared performance and narrow-band filters, to minimise the impact of ambient light on infrared imaging. The product is primarily applied in scenarios such as facial recognition access control, attendance tracking, turnstiles, and ID verification machines. This stereo configuration supports more advanced stereoscopic vision and depth perception applications, providing reliable technical support for scenarios such as robot navigation and volume measurement.

\r\nIn terms of optical design, Austar offers multiple lens options for the GC2053 camera module to meet different application requirements. The standard module is equipped with an M8×0.25 interface lens, and customers can choose different focal lengths, viewing angles, and filter configurations according to their needs. For applications requiring wide-angle coverage, such as pet monitoring or panoramic photography, we can provide wide-angle lenses with a diagonal field of view of up to 65°; for applications requiring long-distance observation or close-up photography, telephoto lenses can be selected. All lenses undergo rigorous optical optimisation to ensure high MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) values across the entire image plane, with TV distortion below 0.5%, delivering true-to-life image geometry. The lenses also feature a 4P (4 plastic lens elements) structure, balancing optical performance with cost and size control.
